We are seeking an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Office Administrator to join our team at Firewatch South Auckland and Counties. This is a diverse role that plays a vital part in the smooth day-to-day running of our business.
Working closely with the Director and the field team, you'll be responsible for coordinating office administration, supporting customer enquiries, job scheduling, managing invoicing and accounts administration, and helping ensure our operations run efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, and is passionate about supporting a team. Training will be provided.
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. Friendly, professional, and confident communicating with customers. Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude. Previous experience in an office administration or administration support role. Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills. Working within a small business environment would be highly regarded. A current full New Zealand Driver Licence. A clean criminal record. A willingness to learn, develop, and continually improve your skills. Must be able to work in New Zealand.
