  • Completing data entry and maintaining accurate company records

  • Photocopying, printing and binding documents

  • Processing customer payments and supplier invoices

  • Paying and invoicing tolls and fines

  • Keeping storerooms, reception areas, kitchens and staff facilities tidy and well stocked

  • Identifying opportunities to reduce costs and minimise excess stock

  • Assisting with staff functions, morning teas and company events

  • Supporting special projects and other team members when required

  • Following company health and safety policies and reporting hazards promptly

You will be dependable, well presented and willing to learn. You will enjoy helping others, take pride in keeping things organised and be confident using your initiative.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

  • Excellent communication and customer-service skills

  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • A positive, professional and helpful attitude

  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

  • The ability to work collaboratively with staff, customers and suppliers

  • Reliability, punctuality and a commitment to confidentiality

  • A practical, adaptable approach to changing priorities

  • Previous administration or customer-service experience would be an advantage, but it is not essential. An NCEA Level 2 qualification or equivalent is preferred, while a qualification in business administration would be beneficial.

  • Clean full NZ Driver license and clean Criminal History

Why join us?

This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad, practical experience in administration, customer service and finance support within a busy, multi-branch organisation.
