All Administrative Customer Service, Accounts, Sales and Operational tasks associated with the delivery of the products and services provided to customers.
Responding to Accounts and Customer Services Phone Calls and Emails and following through with appropriate action(s)
All Sales Administration Functions including, New Sales, Cancellations and Resigns
Key Account Administrative Management
Accounts Receivable Functions (Debtor Calls)
Ensuring Administrative processes and procedures are documented and maintained
All Reporting as required
All General Office Duties as required
Have experience in a high-volume, service-focused environment managing both inbound and outbound customer communications
Demonstrate a consistently high level of attention to detail and accuracy, even when working at pace
Be highly organised, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities without dropping the ball
Be a quick and willing learner, open to feedback and confident picking up new systems and processes
Communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbal - and have the mentality that calling a customer beats an email!
Have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, and ideally ERP systems (Business Central)
Be adaptable, with the ability to shift priorities quickly based on daily business needs
Take ownership of your work from start to finish, ensuring tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly
Hours are Mon - Fri 8:30am to 5:00pm
