This role requires independence, a focus on customer service, and the ability to perform nightly front-office audits and reporting.

NZQF Level 1 or equivalent education is required, with previous Night Porter experience highly

Qualifications

• NZQF Level 1 qualification or compulsory secondary education required.
• Experience in Night Porter or night shift roles is advantageous.
• Strong customer service and security-minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage nightly hotel operations and ensure safety during the shift.
• Deliver continuous guest service for check-ins, checkouts and inquiries.
• Manage reception desk and oversee night audit and reporting.
• Uphold overnight security standards for the property.
• Assist daytime team with handover and preparations.
