Job summary

Peppers Beacon, part of Accor, invites a Night Manager to oversee overnight operations from 22:30 to 07:00 at Queenstown. The role focuses on guest inquiries, safety and smooth processes during the night shift, ensuring a high standard of service in a vibrant resort setting.

You will handle reception, night audits and reporting, maintain security, and support the daytime team to prepare for the morning handover.

Qualifications

• NZQF Level 1 qualification or compulsory secondary education.
• Experience in Night Porter or similar role preferred.
• Ability to work independently overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage nightly hotel operations and ensure safety during shift.
• Deliver continuous customer service including check-ins and inquiries.
• Manage reception desk and oversee night audit and reporting.
• Uphold overnight property security standards.
• Assist daytime team preparations.
