Job summary

Belron New Zealand is seeking a Business Performance Manager to support a portfolio of Members with practical insights to grow their businesses. You will partner with Members, suppliers and networks to drive performance, onboarding and succession planning within a relationship-led role.

You will leverage your commercial and financial acumen, Excel proficiency and CRM familiarity to influence improvements and strategic planning across the Laser network in Auckland and regional offices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in business performance or similar commercial role (5+ years in sales/BD).
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience in planning and financial analysis.
• Proven ability to build and influence relationships with stakeholders.
• Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency; CRM experience advantageous.
• Organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities autonomously.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of marketing, business planning, trade operations and financial analysis.
• NZ driver’s license and right to work in New Zealand.
