Job summary

Belron NZ Ltd in Auckland’s Mount Wellington region seeks a driven Business Development Manager to identify and secure new business opportunities across New Zealand. You’ll focus on fleet, leasing, rental and trade channels, build lasting relationships with key stakeholders, and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Working with the Commercial team, you’ll explore cross-selling opportunities across Smith&Smith, Laser, and Exceed brands, while maintaining a customer-first approach and delivering

Qualifications

3–5+ years in business development or related commercial role.
Open track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets.
Strong commercial acumen with a growth mindset.
Excellent relationship building, negotiation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

Identify and secure new business opportunities across New Zealand.
Develop and execute business development strategies with the Commercial team.
Cross-sell opportunities across Belron NZ brands (Smith&Smith, Laser, Exceed).
Influence decision-makers and partners to turn prospects into long-term customers.
