Belron New Zealand is seeking a Business Performance Manager to support a portfolio of Members with practical insights to grow their businesses. You will partner with Members, suppliers and networks to drive performance, onboarding and succession planning within a relationship-led role.
You will leverage your commercial and financial acumen, Excel proficiency and CRM familiarity to influence improvements and strategic planning across the Laser network in Auckland and regional offices.
We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Business Performance Manager to join our Laser team. This role works closely with a portfolio of Members, providing practical insights, support and guidance to help them grow their businesses, improve performance and adapt to changing market conditions.
You’ll build strong relationships with Members, suppliers and industry networks, using your business knowledge and market insights to identify opportunities, support business planning and influence continuous improvement. You’ll also play an important role in supporting Members through key stages of their business journey, including onboarding, succession and exit planning.
This is a relationship-led role where your commercial acumen, business analysis skills and ability to influence will help Members achieve their goals while strengthening the Laser network.
Location : Auckland & regional with Support Office at 1 Carmont Place, Mount Wellington, Auckland 1060
Hours : 40 hours per week between 07:00am – 07:00pm Monday to Friday.
