Job summary

Belron New Zealand is seeking a Trade Services Project & Operations Manager to lead onboarding and delivery of products and projects into the business support team. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure a scalable, profitable proposition and manage day-to-day interactions with customers, members and franchise owners, driving a customer-first, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in middle management within a service-based trade industry.
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker able to analyse data and deliver commercially sound solutions.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with track record of operational performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of simplifying complex issues.
• Experience coaching and developing people to high-performance cultures.
