Job summary

Belron NZ Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Performance Manager to join the Laser team in Auckland, working with Members to grow their businesses, improve performance and navigate market change.

You will build relationships with Members, suppliers and networks, apply financial analysis and planning skills, support onboarding, succession and exit planning, and influence continuous improvement across the network.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in business performance, business management or a similar commercial role with 5+ years’ sales or business development experience.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience in business planning and financial analysis.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong, sustainable relationships and influence positive outcomes.
• Strong business analysis skills, with the ability to understand business processes, identify opportunities and provide practical insights.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical insights, support and guidance to help Members grow their businesses and improve performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with Members, suppliers and industry networks to identify opportunities and influence continuous improvement.
• Support Members through onboarding, succession and exit planning as part of the business journey.
• Use market insights and data to inform business planning and decision making.
