Job summary

Belron New Zealand is seeking a Customer Projects Support to coordinate scheduling, invoicing, and project administration for Laser Group Services. You will work closely with customers, members, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience with strong attention to detail.

Location: Mount Wellington, Auckland. 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role emphasizes a customer-first mindset and efficient coordination from quote requests through to completion and invoicing.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years experience in project coordination, preferably in service-based or trades.
• Strong organisational skills to handle multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for internal and external stakeholders.
• Customer-first mindset with a commitment to exceptional service.
• Attention to detail in administration; invoicing and reporting experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate MS Office and CRM skills; quick learner of new systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project scheduling from quote to completion and invoicing.
• Administer project documentation, records, and status reports.
• Manage scheduling, invoicing, purchase orders and project administration.
• Serve as the go-to contact for customers and Laser Members on project jobs.
• Track progress, maintain records and produce status reports.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to support project success.
• Ensure health, safety and compliance standards are met.
