The Doctors Medical Centres in Wellington region seeks a casual front-of-house receptionist to join Team Medical, delivering exceptional patient service and supporting the Patient Experience Lead. You will help manage reception, bookings, invoicing, and general admin to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role suits someone with a welcoming manner, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a busy clinic environment. Training and onboarding will be provided where needed.

• Medtech Evolution experience is desirable however training will be provided
• Previous medical receptionist experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients on arrival, checking them in.
• Invoicing and collecting fees from patients.
• Answering incoming telephone calls.
• Booking appointments.
• Clerical/Admin tasks as needed.
