Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive NZ is seeking a Customer Service and Logistics Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain functions, from demand planning to warehouse operations, in Auckland. You will optimise inventory, drive KPI performance, and partner with 3PLs to deliver operational excellence. This role reports to the Snr.

Director, CS&L SOPAC, and focuses on cost reduction while elevating service levels. The successful candidate will combine hands-on logistics experience with strategic business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in demand planning, logistics management, or end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Proven track record in KPI management and supplier relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced planning tools.
• Demonstrates ability to integrate AI-driven workflows to automate reporting and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage NZ E2E daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, and distribution operations.
• Monitor KPI performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with local freight forwarders, carriers, and 3PL providers.
• Analyse logistics data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Logistics teams to optimise warehouse storage and handling.
• Lead demand planning activities and ensure forecast accuracy.
• Partner with CD, Marketing, Finance and external 3PL for aligned demand signals.
• Oversee inventory targets, safety stock levels, and supply plans to mitigate stockouts.
