Job summary

Gencom Technology Limited in Auckland's Albany team is seeking an organised, practical Logistics and Business Support Coordinator. This full-time role focuses on getting goods moving smoothly from suppliers through our warehouse to customers, while supporting operations, finance and sales.

You will handle stock reception, picking and dispatch, coordinate freight, track shipments, keep records up to date, assist with invoicing and e-commerce, and help with CRM quotes and customer enquiries.

Qualifications

• Organised with attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Friendly communicator who helps customers and colleagues.
• Comfort with everyday business software and willingness to learn new systems.
• Willing to perform desk-based work and hands-on warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries, check and store stock, and pick, pack and dispatch customer orders.
• Coordinate freight and deliveries, track shipments and assist with routine import and export paperwork.
• Keep stock, order and pricing records accurate, and assist with purchasing, invoicing and e-commerce orders.
• Assist with basic finance administration, including supplier invoices, reporting and reconciliations.
• Support the sales team with quotations, CRM updates and basic customer and telephone enquiries.
• Help with general office administration and cover for colleagues when needed, as well as occasional marketing, events and routine health and safety administration.
