Job summary

Ricoh New Zealand is seeking a Customer Installation Administrator in Auckland to coordinate installations, relocations and pickups. You will work with customers, dealers and multiple teams to plan and communicate schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and a great customer experience.

Responsibilities

Own scheduling and coordination of installations, relocations and pickups from start to finish.
Secure installation dates with commercial customers and major accounts.
Be the key point of contact for customers throughout the installation journey.
Keep sales, service, inventory and operations informed so projects stay on track.
Maintain accurate information across internal systems and records.
Help ensure installations are completed on time with an outstanding customer experience.
