Job summary

Carpet Court NZ is seeking an organised Operations Support team member to keep Canterbury region operations running smoothly. You will coordinate installation schedules, book appointments, and liaise with customers and installers to ensure a flawless customer experience from booking to completion.

This permanent full-time role at our Christchurch Warehouse offers Monday–Friday hours (7:30am–4:00pm) with training and ongoing support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in administration, scheduling, customer service or operational coordination.
• Outstanding organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation schedules across Carpet Court and Curtain Studio.
• Book and confirm installation appointments with customers.
• Manage installer workloads to ensure jobs are completed efficiently.
• Monitor jobs from booking through to completion, updating systems.
• Prepare documentation and materials for upcoming installations.
• Liaise with customers, installers, suppliers and internal teams to keep projects on track.
• Complete invoicing, operational reporting and job administration.
• Coordinate remedial work and support prompt resolution of customer concerns.
• Support installer onboarding and maintain accurate operational records.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the wider branch team.
