Responsibilities

• Be the key point of contact for dispatch and reverse logistics enquiries.
• Process stock movements and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Check, book in and document supplier shipments.
• Manage stock returns in line with data security requirements.
• Code incoming invoices and manage freight charges and credits.
• Coordinate damaged and returned goods and customer follow-up.
• Create export documentation and arrange freight collections and deliveries.
• Respond to internal customer queries and support other departments.
