Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience servicing office equipment or similar technology.
• Ability to diagnose and solve technical issues independently.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and commission Ricoh devices at customer sites.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, software, and network faults.
• Perform preventative maintenance, upgrades and testing.
• Troubleshoot printing, scanning, and connectivity issues.
• Provide user training on equipment and software.
• Maintain service records and manage spare parts.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
