Qualifications
- Proven experience in appliance repair and troubleshooting.
- Relevant Qualifications in Electrical and Appliance Repair.
- NZ registered Electrical Practicing Licence is essential (EAS/EST/EASQ).
- Strong communication and computer skills.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to deliver premium service.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and fully test products to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong product knowledge through training sessions, manuals, and digital learning tools.
- Complete all service-related documentation, including job records and cash collection requirements.
- Manage and maintain your spare parts inventory.
