Job summary

Fisher & Paykel Appliances Ltd is seeking a Customer Experience Technician in Auckland. You will deliver technical expertise and exceptional service directly in customers’ homes, building strong product knowledge and completing detailed service documentation.

The role requires proven appliance repair experience, NZ electrical qualifications, and a customer-focused approach with excellent communication and computer skills. Attractive training, development, and a company van are included.

Your Key Responsibilities
