Job summary

Aon plc is seeking an SME Client Executive to deliver exceptional service to existing and new SME clients across the portfolio. You will own a SME portfolio, promote services, manage risk, and work with the wider team to deliver tailored solutions.

You will lead the end-to-end client journey, collaborate with Claims and ABS, and drive renewal discussions to ensure timely, accurate advice aligned with client needs. This role supports continuous improvement and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Natural communicator with ability to tailor to face-to-face, phone or written correspondence.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships and deliver great outcomes.
• Ability to collaborate with Claims, ABS and other internal colleagues to support the client journey.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end client journey with Claims teams and ABS to ensure smooth, timely support.
• Lead renewal and mid-term discussions to ensure advice is timely, accurate and aligned with client needs.
• Contribute to client planning alongside Client Directors/Managers.
• Optimize systems and processes to drive efficiency, scalability, compliance and a strong client experience.
• Champion continuous improvement using data insights and best practices to deliver high-quality outcomes.
