Aon delivers expert regional SME client support, managing an SME portfolio to promote services, assess risk, and deliver tailored solutions with our wider team. You’ll support clients across Hawke’s Bay, Gisborne, Hastings or Waipukurau, coordinating with Claims and ABS to ensure a seamless experience.

You’ll drive renewals, contribute to client planning, and continuously improve processes for efficiency and strong client outcomes in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• You’ll be a natural communicator who tailors to the situation, whether face to face, over the phone or through written correspondence.
• You’ll enjoy working with clients, systems and detail – and take pride in getting things right the first time.
• You will ideally bring a level 5 Fire and General qualification or be on the pathway to qualification.

Responsabilités

• Manage the end-to-end client journey, working closely with Claims teams and ABS to ensure smooth, timely support.
• Lead renewal and mid-term discussions, ensuring advice is timely, accurate and aligned with client needs.
• Contribute to client planning alongside Client Directors/Managers.
• Optimise systems and processes to drive efficiency, scalability, compliance, and a strong colleague and client experience.
• Champion continuous improvement, using data insights and best practice to deliver predictable, high-standard outcomes.
