Job summary

Aon plc in Canterbury region seeks an SME Client Executive to deliver excellent service to existing and new SME clients. You will own a SME portfolio, promote services, manage risk, and collaborate with the wider team to deliver client solutions.

You will work in a hybrid setup with a focus on rural/agri clients, building long-lasting, local relationships. You will lead renewals, client planning, and strive for efficient, compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication, with ability to explain insurance concepts.
• Collaborative approach with Claims, ABS and internal colleagues to support the client journey.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client journey, coordinating with Claims and ABS for timely support.
• Lead renewal and mid-term discussions, ensuring advice is accurate and client-focused.
• Contribute to client planning with Client Directors/Managers.
• Optimize systems and processes to drive efficiency, compliance and positive outcomes.
• Champion continuous improvement using data insights and best practice.
