Job summary

Aon in Gisborne/Hawke’s Bay region seeks a client-focused SME support professional to own a SME portfolio, promote services, and collaborate with Claims and ABS to deliver timely client solutions.

You will manage the end-to-end client journey, lead renewal discussions, and contribute to client planning, while improving systems for efficiency and compliance within aHybrid working environment in Gisborne/Hawke’s Bay.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client journey with Claims and ABS to ensure smooth support.
• Lead renewal and mid-term discussions, ensuring timely and accurate advice.
• Contribute to client planning with Client Directors/Managers.
• Optimize systems and processes to drive efficiency and compliance.
• Champion continuous improvement using data insights to deliver high-standard outcomes.
