Job summary

Aon is seeking a client-focused SME specialist to manage a portfolio and deliver high-quality service to existing and new clients across NZ. The role supports a base in Whanganui, New Plymouth or Palmerston North, with hybrid work arrangements.

You will lead renewals, collaborate with Claims and ABS, and drive process improvements to ensure timely, accurate advice and a superb client experience.

Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to explain insurance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client journey with Claims and ABS teams.
• Lead renewal and mid-term discussions to meet client needs.
• Contribute to client planning with Directors/Managers.
• Optimise systems and processes for efficiency and compliance.
• Champion continuous improvement using data and best practices.
• Deliver high-quality client service across SME portfolio.
