Aon plc in Hamilton, New Zealand, is seeking an SME Client Executive to deliver outstanding service across the SME portfolio and own key client journeys. You’ll work with Claims, ABS, and internal teams to ensure smooth, timely support and to drive client satisfaction.

You will promote services, conduct risk management, and contribute to client planning with Directors/Managers while supporting continuous improvement and compliant processes.

• L5 Fire and General Qualification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end client journey, coordinating with Claims and ABS for timely support.
• Lead renewal and mid-term discussions ensuring timely and accurate advice.
• Contribute to client planning with Client Directors/Managers.
• Improve systems and processes to drive efficiency, scalability and compliance.
• Champion continuous improvement using data insights and best practices.
