Job summary

Aon plc in Canterbury is seeking an SME Client Executive to deliver high-quality client support across the SME portfolio. You’ll own a SME client portfolio and promote services, working with Claims and ABS to ensure timely solutions and a seamless client journey.

The role focuses on renewal discussions, risk management, and building strong relationships with rural/agri clients as appropriate; hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to tailor to face-to-face, over the phone or written communication.
• Enjoy working with clients, systems and detail – pride in getting things right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality client support and manage a SME portfolio.
• Lead renewal and mid-term discussions, ensuring timely advice.
• Collaborate with Claims, ABS and internal colleagues to support the client journey.
• Optimise systems and processes to drive efficiency, scalability, compliance.
• Use data insights and best practice to deliver high-standard outcomes.
