Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end client journey, working closely with Claims teams and ABS colleagues to ensure smooth support.
• Lead renewal and mid-term discussions, ensuring timely, accurate advice aligned with client needs.
• Contribute to client planning alongside Client Directors/Managers.
• Improve systems and processes to drive efficiency, compliance and a strong client experience.
• Champion continuous improvement using data insights to deliver high-standard outcomes.
