Job summary

Aon in Whanganui/New Plymouth or Palmerston North is seeking an SME client services professional to deliver high-quality support across the SME portfolio, collaborating with Claims, ABS and the wider team to ensure a seamless client experience.

You will own an SME portfolio, lead renewals, drive process improvements and help clients navigate risk and insurance solutions with a client-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client journey, coordinating with Claims and ABS for timely support.
• Lead renewal and mid-term discussions to ensure timely, accurate advice.
• Contribute to client planning with Client Directors/Managers.
• Optimize systems and processes to drive efficiency, scalability, compliance.
• Champion continuous improvement using data insights and best practice.
