Qualifications

• National Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• At least 3 years in procurement or purchasing.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Excel; ERP knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement process from requisition to order fulfillment.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring quality and service standards.
• Negotiate favorable pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain up-to-date supplier records, including performance evaluations.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure adequate stock.
• Resolve discrepancies and issues related to orders, deliveries, and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Assist in preparing procurement reports and analysis.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders.
