Augment Resources is recruiting intermediate Procurement & Sourcing Specialists for NZ public and private sector roles across Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. You’ll lead end-to-end sourcing, RFx, and supplier negotiations within hybrid teams, shaping category strategies and commercial outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in procurement or contracting, strong stakeholder skills, and a solid understanding of government frameworks. Flexible hybrid arrangements available.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' procurement, sourcing, category management, or contract management experience.
• Experience leading RFx and tender processes.
• Strong commercial, financial, and stakeholder management capability.
• Public sector experience or knowledge of government procurement frameworks is highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Running RFx and tender processes from planning through to contract award.
• Negotiating and managing supplier contracts and commercial arrangements.
• Developing sourcing plans and contributing to category strategies.
• Managing supplier performance and stakeholder relationships.
• Providing commercial advice that supports organisational outcomes.
