FortifyIT Ltd. is seeking an IT Support Technician (L1 with some L2) for a hybrid role combining remote work and onsite duties around Auckland. The position is full-time, with a blend of home-based queue management and travel to customer sites as needed.

You will handle Microsoft 365 and Entra administration, onboarding/offboarding, device setup, and routine monitoring, building towards higher‑level work. A reliable vehicle and NZ driver’s licence are essential.

Competenze

• 1–2 years' experience in IT support, helpdesk or MSP.
• Solid Microsoft 365 and Windows skills.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Clear, friendly communication with non-technical customers.
• Organised, reliable and comfortable managing your own ticket queue.
• Own reliable vehicle and full NZ driver's licence (essential).
• Suitable home workspace with reliable internet.
• NZ residency or a valid permanent work visa.

Mansioni

• Working the support queue via tickets, phone and remote sessions.
• Level 1 support with some Level 2 troubleshooting.
• Onsite visits to customers around Auckland for setups, installs and troubleshooting.
• Microsoft 365 and Entra admin - users, licensing, mailboxes, MFA, permissions.
• User onboarding and offboarding.
• Workstation, laptop and printer setup and troubleshooting.
• Daily monitoring checks - backups, alerts, patching and antivirus.
• Basic network troubleshooting - internet, Wi-Fi and connectivity issues.
• Keeping documentation and tickets accurate and up to date.
