Avani Queenstown Hotel is seeking a Front Office Supervisor with proven leadership and guest-service excellence to join our team in Queenstown. This full-time role requires overseeing daily front desk operations and guiding a motivated team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Shift pattern includes a rotating roster across seven days with daytime/evening hours; immediate start. The position offers NZD 30 per hour and rewards career growth with Minor Hotels' benefits.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team; supervisory experience is valued.
• Extensive hospitality background, preferably in hotels or resorts, with strong guest service standards.
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor under pressure.
• Strong time management and the ability to prioritise duties to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the front desk team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee daily tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completion and a warm welcome.
