Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Pauanui, Waikato, New Zealand, is seeking a Guest Service Generalist to handle Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and Maintenance tasks, delivering efficient and courteous service to Owners and Guests throughout their stay.

You will greet guests, manage check‑in/check‑out, answer inquiries, and support daily operations with a proactive attitude. Strong communication, presentation and flexibility to work weekends and evenings are essential; a driver’s licence

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for customer service

• Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
• Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends, evenings and school holiday period
• Current driver's licence (preferable)

Responsibilities

• Perform daily Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and Maintenance duties
• Greet owners and guests, check in/out, handle inquiries, portage of luggage, cash handling and night audit procedures
• Maintain administration equipment usage and basic documentation
• Maintain guest accommodation and common areas
