thl is seeking a Guest Experience Host for our Auckland team during the bustling high season. You’ll greet adventurers, assist with vehicle collection and returns, and ensure a seamless start to their journey.

Fluent in English with strong communication and computer literacy, you’ll also handle inquiries in person, by phone, or email, contribute to frontline sales, and thrive in a dynamic team focused on safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication.
• Second language advantageous (Spanish, German, Dutch, or French).
• Must have full, current driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, guide vehicle collection and returns.
• Drive front-line sales to meet targets.
• Be the go-to expert on vehicle operations and local travel tips.
• Handle inquiries face-to-face, by phone, or via email.
• Participate in health and safety culture and maintain product quality.
