Travel + Leisure Co. seeks an experienced Resort Manager to lead operations at our Wanaka property in New Zealand.

You will oversee front office, housekeeping, maintenance and guest services, driving exceptional experiences for owners and guests while managing budgets and team performance. This hands-on leadership role requires a strong service culture, relationship-building with owners and partners, and adherence to NZ health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within hotel or resort operations.
• Experience managing budgets, financial performance and reporting.
