Job summary

Avani Queenstown Hotel, part of Minor Hotels, is seeking a full-time Front Office Supervisor with proven front office experience and leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences and foster a high-performance team.

You will lead daily operations, manage guest arrivals and departures, resolve complaints, and maintain service standards across rotating shifts from 7:00am to 11:00pm. The role offers NZD 30 per hour and career growth within a global hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Extensive hospitality industry background, hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service with a professional demeanor under pressure.
• Strong time management and prioritization to ensure timely duties.
• Impeccable professional presentation; flexible to work weekends.
