Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer facing hospitality role is a plus.
• Possession of a valid RSA or equivalent qualification for the country.

• Willingness to work a flexible rotating schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong work ethic, reliable and positive attitude.
• Problem-solving and proactive mindset.

• Offer personalised food and beverage suggestions for outlets and events.
• Source information to expand product knowledge and guest experience.
• Be the go-to source for neighbourhood tips and attractions.
• Manage guest check-in to check-out delivering memorable stays.
• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues for seamless service.
• Clean guest rooms and public spaces to create a strong first impression.
• Use cleaning materials and safety protocols properly.
