Job summary

Primeproperty Group’s Turangi Leisure Lodge in New Zealand seeks an all-rounder to work between Front Office Reception and Housekeeping. You will greet guests, handle reservations, assist with arrivals and departures, and help with cashiering while maintaining high room standards.

The role requires a flexible, team-oriented person with strong IT skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail. Weekend and some evening shifts are included in a rotating roster.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and handle reservations.
• Provide efficient guest arrivals and departures service.
• Anticipate guest needs and requirements.
• Assist with guest accounts and cashiering.
• Clean and service guest rooms to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle reservations.

• Coordinate with Resort Manager on front desk and housekeeping duties.
• Manage guest enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Work a rotating roster including weekends and some evenings.
