Job summary

King Toyota Upper Hutt is seeking a customer service minded individual to develop into a Finance & Vehicle Consultant role. The company emphasises respect, integrity and delivering exceptional experiences.

You will handle sales and finance documentation, promote Toyota Financial Services, and ensure a great customer journey with ongoing training in conjunction with Toyota New Zealand. As a 6 day business, weekend work is required with a fair rotating roster.

Qualifications

Sales, finance or customer service experience.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proactive mindset and the ability to stay composed when things get busy.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A full NZ driver’s licence and NZ working rights.

Responsibilities

Maximise Gross Per vehicle sold to meet company KPIs.
Meeting with all customers at the point of sale, carrying out the appropriate sales and finance documentation.
Looking after all customers finance enquiries.
Offering and promoting the full range of Toyota Financial Services products.
Achieving or preferably exceeding budgeted targets.
Guiding customers through their vehicle journey – from the first interaction and beyond, with warmth, care, and professionalism.
Staying up to date with Toyota’s latest models, technology, and hybrid innovations.
Providing all customers with a great customer experience.
