Job summary

King Toyota Upper Hutt is seeking a customer service minded individual to develop into a Finance & Vehicle Consultant role. The company emphasises respect, integrity and delivering exceptional experiences.

You will handle sales and finance documentation, promote Toyota Financial Services, and ensure a great customer journey with ongoing training in conjunction with Toyota New Zealand. As a 6 day business, weekend work is required with a fair rotating roster.

Qualifications

• Sales, finance or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive mindset and the ability to stay composed when things get busy.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A full NZ driver’s licence and NZ working rights.

Responsibilities

• Maximise Gross Per vehicle sold to meet company KPIs.
• Meeting with all customers at the point of sale, carrying out the appropriate sales and finance documentation.
• Looking after all customers finance enquiries.
• Offering and promoting the full range of Toyota Financial Services products.
• Achieving or preferably exceeding budgeted targets.
• Guiding customers through their vehicle journey – from the first interaction and beyond, with warmth, care, and professionalism.
• Staying up to date with Toyota’s latest models, technology, and hybrid innovations.
• Providing all customers with a great customer experience.
