Job summary

Botany Toyota in Auckland is seeking an experienced Automotive Business Manager to lead finance, insurance and aftermarket solutions while delivering an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

In this fast-paced role you will build strong customer relationships, exceed finance targets, ensure lending and compliance knowledge, and coach a high-performing sales team toward consistent results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Automotive Business Manager or F&I role.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding finance and insurance targets.
• Strong knowledge of lending, compliance, and dealership finance processes.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Professional communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
