Job summary

EIMS Global Ltd is hiring a Sales Account Executive to partner with Microsoft and drive global tech growth across SEA from Auckland onsite. You will own the full sales cycle, engaging senior stakeholders and delivering Microsoft-based cloud, data, and AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales development or full sales-cycle closing.
• Native or professional fluency in Malay, Indonesian, Tagalog, Taiwanese, or Thai with strong English.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Pipeline Generation. Identify, research, and qualify new opportunities in SEA through outbound and inbound outreach.
• Consultative Selling. Run discovery calls, uncover business needs, and present Microsoft solutions.
• Full Sales Cycle Ownership. Manage opportunities from first contact to proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Relationship Management. Build and nurture relationships with IT Directors and C-level executives for long-term growth.
• Pipeline & Forecast Management. Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and hit monthly/quarterly targets.
