Job summary

EIMS Global Ltd is recruiting a Sales Account Executive to drive Microsoft‑powered digital, cloud, data and AI solutions across New Zealand and Australia. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, engaging IT directors and C‑level stakeholders for long‑term growth.

The role is onsite in Auckland with a clear revenue target and a robust OTE package, supported by comprehensive product training and a fast‑track career path within a global tech ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Native English fluency (written and spoken).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales development or full sales cycle.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & pipeline generation in target accounts across NZ and AU.
• Consultative selling and discovery calls to uncover business needs.
• Own opportunities from contact to close, with cross‑functional support.
• Build relationships with IT directors and C‑level executives.
• Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and meet revenue targets.
