Salesforce Auckland is seeking an experienced Account Executive, Enterprise to own a portfolio of enterprise accounts and drive AI and CRM transformations. You will accelerate pipeline, deepen executive relationships, and close high-impact deals across New Zealand.

In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle, collaborate with engineers and customer success teams, and maintain accurate forecasts to support regional growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling enterprise software or SaaS solutions, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Ability to engage confidently at the C-suite level, translating business challenges into technology solutions with clear ROI.
• Experience in territory planning, pipeline management, and deal execution, including negotiation and closing.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle across a defined set of enterprise accounts—from pipeline development through to close.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, positioning Salesforce as a strategic partner in AI and CRM transformation.
• Collaborate with solution engineers, customer success, and partner teams to design and present compelling proposals tailored to each customer's business outcomes.
• Forecast accurately and maintain rigorous pipeline discipline to support territory planning and business growth in New Zealand.
