Job summary

Foodstuffs North Island is seeking a Duty Manager at New World On­erahi to lead and develop a high-performing team while delivering an outstanding shopping experience for customers. The role requires hands-on leadership and a focus on store standards, safety, and customer service.

Key requirements include prior supermarket experience, supervisory background, and a can-do attitude. You will help manage day-to-day operations and compliance with health and safety and licensing rules in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Previous supermarket experience preferred.

• Reliable, organised, and able to make decisions under pressure
• Current Manager's Certificate (or willingness to obtain) advantageous.
