Job summary

Rangiora New World is seeking highly motivated and energetic people to join our Grocery team. All roles focus on delivering excellent Customer Service and being part of our One Team philosophy. We offer a welcoming work environment with learning and training opportunities.

We currently have Permanent Part time roles available, with Sunday 2pm–9pm and Friday Duty Manager 4:30pm–9:30pm shifts. Applications close Sunday 12th July 2026.

Job description

Sunday 2pm - 9pm

Friday Duty Manager 4:30pm-930pm

The responsibilities of these positions include:

• Ability to lead and supervise a team


• Stocking shelves, working stock in storeroom, keeping stock organized


• Having knowledge about our products and services


• Following the correct Inwards good procedures


• Adhering to Food Safety and Health and Safety policies


• Forklift license or be willing to get one

Personal attributes required are:

• Ability to work well with a team


• Physical fitness for either lifting crates and boxes and standing for long periods of time


• Ability to multi-task and also complete tasks within the required timeframes


• Motivation to learn new skills


• A positive work ethic and attitude
