Job summary

Foodstuffs North Island is seeking a Duty Manager at New World On­erahi to lead and develop a high-performing team while delivering an outstanding shopping experience for customers. The role requires hands-on leadership and a focus on store standards, safety, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous supermarket experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A positive attitude and customer-first mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, organised, and able to make decisions under pressure
• Current Manager's Certificate (or willingness to obtain) advantageous.

Responsibilities
