Job summary

New World Westend is seeking a Duty Manager to lead the store in the absence of senior management. You will oversee multiple departments and a 40+ staff team, ensuring efficient, safe operations and exceptional customer service.

You'll motivate colleagues, uphold standards, and help shape a positive, customer-focused culture across the business.
