Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Duty Manager or Front Office leadership role within a hotel environment.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and guest services.
• Proven ability to lead teams on shift in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hotel on shift in absence of General Manager and act as hotel ambassador.
• Oversee Front Office operations and support other departments for seamless daily performance.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences during arrivals, departures, VIP and group stays.
• Manage guest feedback and resolve issues promptly with professionalism.
• Monitor safety, security, reporting, rostering and revenue optimization.
